About Arthur

I am a 23 year old IT Assistant who is never used of talking about myself or anything else. But I just discovered that I still have a lot of things to say. Okay maybe not that much, but still there is something I can to say about anything, about everything. I also discovered that I can say a lot when writing than when speaking. Hmm.. Weird huh? Sometimes it's scary to just blurt out what you want to say without thinking about it. Prudence is a virtue. But still, too much of something good is bad. Haha! Volleyball is my sport. The common misconception about me is that I am good at playing basketball because of my height (5'11). I'm so dumb at playing basketball. Let me play badminton, table tennis, soccer, sipa, tumbang preso, syato, tamaan tao, etc. and I will beat you at all those. But not basketball. Nuh uh!

I was just wondering….

(Photo courtesy of Gigi Gallano) Why is it that Christianity nowadays seemed to be so different from the one ages before? One can look no further to contrast and to notice the difference. We live in an age of instant … Continue reading

God’s People Here on Earth

My friend James and I were talking this morning and he mentioned about a new post on his blog. The weird thing about it is that those same ideas have been bugging me for a very long time. Instead of … Continue reading

Knock Some Sense Into Me

Last night, I received a text message that goes like this: “When God calls us, we cannot refuse from a sense of inadequacy. Nobody is worthy of such trust. When Moses tried that excuse, God became angry (Exodus 4:14). Let … Continue reading

Passing the Baton

A Father’s most important responsibility, I believe is to communicate the real meaning of Christianity to his children. This mission can be likened to a three-man relay race. First, your father runs his lap around the track, carrying the baton, … Continue reading
